Hi, I am Krystin Colgrove. Do you find value in having a space you are fully accepted? I’m passionate about valuing clients as a WHOLE person and not only a diagnosis.
Hi, I am Krystin Colgrove. Serving as a counselor is truly an honor and I find it sacred developing trusting relationships with clients as we collaboratively process through finding direction. I grew up in North Texas where my heart for serving others was cultivated. After graduating from East Texas Baptist University with BA in Religion in 2014, I earned a MA in Clinical Counseling and Marriage & Family Therapy from Hardin-Simmons University and a MA in Family Ministry from Logsdon Seminary in 2017.
I have experience with a wide range of clients including individuals, groups, and families. I provide support to children, adolescents, adults, parents, and families as a whole to process challenges and develop positive skills for nurturing themselves and the relationships in their lives. Interventions and modalities I use in therapy include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Existential Therapy, mindfulness techniques, Healthy coping skills, Sand Tray Experiential, and Gestalt Therapy.
I want to provide a safe place for you to be completely yourself and grow empowerment through the healing process of counseling!
I look forward to working with you!
